Celebrating the Power of Playgroups – National Playgroup Week

National Playgroup Week is all about celebrating and promoting the benefits of playgroups for children, families, and communities.

We want to:

• Thank our playgroup volunteers and participants for their commitment to fun, learning and mutual support
• Make playgroups more visible in our communities
• Encourage more people to get involved with playgroups and
• Celebrate the work of the wonderful playgroup staff

How do I get involved?

There are celebrations (big and small) happening right around Australia. There are lost of ways to get involved:

• Organise a National Playgroup Week party at your local playgroup
• Contact ACT Playgroups for more information
• Share your celebrations with us on social media using the hash tag #NationalPlaygroupWeek
